It is easy to explore rustic Italy from Villa Calcina, in its prime location at the foothill of the Alpe Della Luna region.

Sansepolcro is just a short 15 minute drive away, the perfect place to begin; the sophisticated, walled town attracts visitors from all over the world, and is home to beautiful churches and museums. Once more you will find a range of supermarkets, shops and a twice-weekly market, where you can pick up some local goods. There are also a wide selection of restaurants close-by.

Just a short drive away there are many well known Medieval villages, Anghiari to name one has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is just 20 minutes away.
